  • Guy Hunter established Hunter Plumbing and Drainage in Marlborough after many years of working for others in the industry.

    With a hard-working team behind him, Guy says: “We take great pride in our professional work and approach to our business. Quality of our work and customer satisfaction is our number one priority!”

    Our team of professionals have over 30 years experience combined and work on Residential and Commercial Projects throughout sunny Marlborough including the Sounds.

    We have extensive experience providing plumbing, drainage and gasfitting services to elderly care facilities, education institutions, government buildings and hotels / motels.

    We also have own digger for the projects that need it.

  • GUY HUNTER

    Guy is our Owner / Director and is also our registered Master Plumber, Drainlayer, Gasfitter and IQP Backflow tester.

    He started in the plumbing industry at age 18. Initially it was just a way to get an income but as time past, Guy gained experience and knowledge. In the early days, he worked in Nelson, Havelock North, Blenheim and even in London (UK) for six months. In time, he grew to love this industry and it has become his life!

    With 19 years experience under his belt, Guy decided to start his own business - Hunter Plumbing & Drainage.

    Guy says: "Plumbing and Drainage is what I do and I take pride in my workmanship."

    In addition to fronting his great team of Master Plumbers, Drainlayers and Gasfitters, Guy is a proud Dad to three energetic boys, one beautiful girl and a very spoilt dog “Sunny”.

    He has enjoyed 25+years in Marlborough and his interests include anything to do with his children, plumbing, diving, boating and sport.
